What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and customization level. Standard items typically start at 100 sets; full custom OEM projects usually require at least 1 × 40HQ container. We are flexible on trial orders — contact us with your project details.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can ship a single sample by international courier so you can evaluate quality. Sample cost and freight are paid by the buyer and can typically be deducted from the first bulk order.
Do you accept OEM (custom logo, color, dimensions)?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM — logo printing, custom colors, adjusted dimensions, and buyer-branded packaging are all available. See our OEM / ODM page for details.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typical terms are 30% deposit (T/T) before production, balance against B/L copy. For repeat customers, more flexible terms can be discussed. We also accept L/C at sight for large project orders.
How long does production take?
Standard items: 25–35 days from deposit. Custom OEM orders: 35–45 days depending on complexity. Container loading and shipping documents add a few more days.
Which ports do you ship from?
We typically ship from Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai, or Xiamen — chosen for the best route to your destination port and best ocean freight rates at the time of shipment.
Do you arrange shipping or do I need to use my own forwarder?
Both options work. For FOB terms, you nominate your forwarder. For CIF / DDP terms, we arrange shipping. We can recommend forwarders we have worked with reliably.
Are your products certified?
Certification depends on the product line and target market. For projects requiring specific certifications (e.g. BIFMA, EN, government tender certificates), please let us know in your inquiry so we can confirm with the producing workshop.
Can you handle full classroom or full school furnishing projects?
Yes. We supply complete classroom sets — student desks, chairs, teacher desk, podium, storage cabinets — coordinated under one packing list to simplify your customs clearance and on-site distribution.
What if there is shipping damage or a quality problem?
We perform pre-shipment QC and document the loading. If shipping damage occurs, we work with you on photo evidence and replacement parts in the next shipment. For quality issues attributable to production, replacement or refund is negotiated case-by-case.
